NOTE: If a risk assessment has been created for a product, the product risk file for that product is view only. This ensures the risk information updates are made from a single source.
From the Product Risk File record, click Other Actions > Edit Product Risk File.
Edit the Product Risk File record.
Click the Submit button. Result: The Product Risk File record has been edited.
